Established in 2007 Willis Home and Energy Ltd is a company created to provide Energy Performance Certificates for the housing market within the areas of North Somerset and Somerset.

Willis Home and Energy Ltd is owned and operated by Julian Willis, who is a fully qualified and accredited independent energy assessor, trained and qualified to industry standards.

I am accredited with Elmhurst Energy Systems. This means that we are regularly quality checked and have to undergo a criminal record check every three years. We have full professional indemnity insurance and public liability insurance as provided by the accreditation scheme, so you can be assured of professionalism, quality assurance and peace of mind.

Willis Home and Energy Ltd is based in Locking, North Somerset and covers the area of both North Somerset and Somerset. We have the necessary local knowledge to produce accurate energy performance certificates for the housing market in the North Somerset and Somerset area.
